The butterfly plate uses a frame structure, which is high in strength, has a large flow area, and low flow resistance. The entire valve is painted with baked enamel, effectively preventing rust, and by simply replacing the sealing material of the valve seat, it can be used for different media. It opens and closes at 90°, with quick switching, low operating torque, and is labor-saving and lightweight. It has excellent sealing performance, a long service life, and can achieve zero leakage. Its flow characteristics are approximately linear, with good regulation performance. The D971X electric wafer butterfly valve uses rubber sealing, ensuring excellent sealing performance between the butterfly plate and valve seat when closed, with outstanding bidirectional sealing performance, low torque value, and the valve maintains its position under working pressure with minimal friction between the butterfly plate and valve seat. The valve is driven by the valve shaft to rotate the butterfly plate 90°. The butterfly plate opens and closes flexibly without sticking or jumping, with low torque.
